Thank you to everyone who helped Isaiah help the troops!  Thanks to your donations, Isaiah was able to raise over $400 to purchase items to put into care packages to send to Airmen deployed all over the world!  Here are some photos of Isaiah shopping for items to put in the care packages:

Isaiah was SUPER excited!  He rushed into the store, grabbed a shopping cart, and got to work filling it.

Isaiah has heard that in the military sometimes Airmen have to "hurry up and wait": They have to rush rush rush to get to the flightline, only to have to wait for their flight to their mission. So Isaiah decided the Airmen might want to have some puzzle books to work on while they are waiting for their flights, or waiting in the chow line, etc.

Isaiah knows that Airmen are often living in conditions where they don't have access to soap and running/hot water, so hand sanitizers and wipes are a life saver! He also thought the Airmen might enjoy using glow sticks to play "Steal the Flag" at night. Not sure about that, but...

Isaiah got a lot of other items too. By the time he was finished shopping, he had filled TWO shopping carts with items to send to the Airmen.

He pushed one cart and pulled the other and worked his way to the front of the store to pay for the items.  He insisted on swiping the credit card himself.

After loading everything from the store into the van and driving to base, one of the sergeants at the base gave Isaiah a Santa's Helper hat because he was doing such a great job helping the Airmen.

Isaiah and his daddy worked together to put items into care packages, sort of like an assembly line. Each deployed Airman will get his or her own stocking full of candy and other goodies.

Once all the boxes were full, one of the senior enlisted, a master sergeant, shook his hand and congratulated him on a job well done.

Isaiah was able to help fill care packages that were sent to over 90 Airmen deployed world wide.  Operation Stocking Stuffer 2013 has been a great success.  Mission accomplished.

Thank you again for helping Isaiah help the troops!
